Eligibility for obtaining the Application Form:

  • Average 75% and above in English, Science and Mathematics in ICSE Board Examinations.

  • Average 80% and above in English, Science and Mathematics in CBSE and other Board Examinations.
  • Total No. of Seats: 90

Choice of Subjects

  • Group 1:  English, Physics, Chemistry, EVS, Mathematics, Biology.

  • Group 2:  English, Physics, Chemistry, EVS, Mathematics, Computer.

  • Group 3:  English, Physics, Chemistry, EVS, Mathematics, Geometrical Building Drawing.

  • Group 4:  English, Physics, Chemistry, EVS, Biology, Computer.

  • Group 5:  English, Physics, Chemistry, EVS, Biology, Geometrical Building Drawing

1. Attendance at Ethics/Moral Science, SUPW and Computer Learning Classes is Essential.
2. No Change of subjects is admissible.
3. Bus facilities are available.
4. New Academic Year for Class XI begins on 25th June 2007.

 
K.G.

Admission to the K.G. class is ONLY for Catholic tribal students. Forms will be available in the months of November.

 
PREP {GENERAL}

Forms are issued in the month of October. A written selection test is taken. Admission is done purely on merit. An interview is taken of the child along with the parents.

 
OTHER CLASSES

Admission is done on the availability of seats. Admission forms can be given to the Principal / Headmaster after 15th March. A written selection test is taken. Subjects – English, Science & Math’s.


General Instruction For Fees

       

School fees are payable bi-monthly starting from April under following direction :
Primary Section
  • Fees of April - May to be paid by 20th April Without fine.
    After this date late fine will be charged Rs. 25/- per month.
  • Fees of June - July to be paid by 20th June without fine.
    After this date late fine will be charged Rs. 25/- per month.
  • Fees of August - Sept. to be paid by 20th August without fine.
     After this date late fine will be charged Rs. 25/- per month.
  • Fees of Oct. - Nov. to be paid by 20thOct. without fine.
    After this date late fine will be charged Rs. 25/- per month.
  • Fees of Dec. - Jan. to be paid by 20th Dec. without fine.
    After this date late fine will be charged Rs. 25/- per month.
  • Fees of Feb. - March to be paid by 20thFeb. without fine.
    After this date late fine will be charged Rs. 25/- per month.
 
Senior And Senior Secondary Section
  • Fees of April - May to be paid by 20th May without fine.

Note :
  • The fees should be paid by cheque in favour of St. Xavier's School, Doranda. The name of the student, class, Section, Roll. Number etc. should be written at the back of the Cheque.

  • The cheque with the correct amount should be paid at Allahabad Bank, Hinoo, from April 2004 on all Bank working days from 10th - 20th of every month.

  • Time : 10.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. (Monday - Friday)
                 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. (Saturday)

  • At the time of admission, Annual fees and two months monthly fees are to be paid.

  • The cash payment is accepted at a time for six months/twelve months at the school Fee Counter.

  • The cheque payment will be accepted at the School Fee Counter from the beginning to 25th of every month. After this date payments will not be accepted in the School fee counter.

  • The Parents/Guardians are requested to check their bank account before issuing the cheque. If the cheque bounces a penalty of Rs. 50.00 or more will be charged from the parents.

  • Only cash payment will be accepted in the month of Jan, Feb & March.

  • Kindly fill in all the entries before payment. Kindly clear all fee dues of the current Academic Year latest by 20th Feb so that there is no difficulty for your ward in writing his final examination.
