Primary Section
School fees are payable bi-monthly starting from April under following direction:
  • April - May to be paid by 20th April without fine. After this date late fine will be charged @Rs.25/- per month.
     
  • June - July to be paid by 20th June without fine. After this date late fine will be charged @Rs.25/- per month.
     
  • August - Sept. to be paid by 20th August without fine. After this date late fine will be charged @Rs.25/- per month.
     
  • October - Nov. to be paid by 20thOct. without fine. After this date late fine will be charged @Rs.25/- per month.
     
  • December - Jan. to be paid by 20th Dec. without fine. After this date late fine will be charged @Rs.25/- per month.
     
  • February - March to be paid by 20thFeb. without fine. After this date late fine will be charged @Rs.25/- per month.

 
Senior and Senior Secondary Section
  • April - May to be paid by 20th May without fine. After this date late fine will be charged @Rs. 25/- per month.
     
  • June - July to be paid by 20th July without fine. After this date late fine will be charged @Rs. 25/- per month.
     
  • August - Sept. to be paid by 20th Sept. without fine. After this date late fine will be charged @Rs.25/- per month.
     
  • October - Nov. to be paid by 20th Nov. without fine. After this date late fine will be charged @Rs.25/- per month.
     
  • December - Jan. to be paid by 20th Jan. without fine. After this date late fine will be charged @Rs.25/- per month.
     
  • February  - Mar. to be paid by 20th Feb without fine. After this date late fine will be charged @Rs.25/- per month.
General Guidelines

  • Fees should be paid by crossed cheque in favour of St. Xavier's School, Doranda. The name of the student, class, Section, Roll. Number etc. should be written at the back of the Cheque.
     

  • The cheque with the correct amount should be paid at Allahabad Bank, Hinoo, from April 2010 on all Bank working days from 10th - 20th of every month.
     

  • Time : 10.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. (Monday - Friday)
                 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. (Saturday)
     

  • At the time of admission, Annual fees and two month's monthly fees are to be paid.
     

  • The cash payment is accepted at a time for six months/twelve months at the school Fee Counter.
     

  • The cheque payment will be accepted at the School Fee Counter from the beginning to 25th of every month. After this date payments will not be accepted in the School fee counter.
     

  • The Parents/Guardians are requested to check their bank account before issuing the cheque. If the cheque bounces a penalty of Rs. 50.00 or more will be charged from the parents.
     

  • Only cash payment will be accepted in the months of Jan, Feb & March.
     

  • Kindly fill in all the entries before payment. Kindly clear all fee dues of the current Academic Year latest by 20th Feb so that there is no difficulty for your ward in writing his final examination.
