The Doranda Old
Xaverian's Association (DOX) formerly Xavier's Old Boys
Association Jharkhand, is the official alumni association
of St. Xavier's School Ranchi. The Association presently
has over 7,000 members, spanning across all batches that
have passed out of the school since 1984.
The Doranda Old
Xaverians, whose efforts to keep the Xaverians spirit
alive is truly commendable. Their motto being to give back
to the school what the school had once given them.
Thus in Xavier's we look
at education differently. For us, education does not lie
in the quantification of knowledge. But it lies in the
quality of knowledge that helps form the character of
students forming them as Competent, Committed and
Compassionate Men and Women for others.
We believe in this
philosophy. This is our passion. And this is the core of
Jesuit Education. This is what has made Xavier's climb to
the top in the league of schools in India.
