1. Proper disposition should be maintained in the lab keeping in mind the scientific temper.
2. All students should reach the lab 5 minutes before the specified time.
3. All students should wear their school ID.
4. All Students should carry their own equipment/stationery box to the lab.
5. No exchange/borrowing of anything is permitted.
6. It is mandatory to carry the practical file to the lab.
7. Regular attendance to the lab is compulsory.
8. No lab equipment, microscopes or samples are to be touched.
9. Lab coat should be worn at all times.
10. Previous practical work should be completed and given for submission in the next class.
11. Wastage of water is prohibited to save it.
12. Safety and security of one another, lab equipment and apparatus are of paramount importance.
13. Penalty shall be levied in case of any damage done to any lab equipment.

NORMS OF SXD PHYSICS LABORATORY

5. All students should come to the lab with lab manual and proper file.
6. All students should carry their own lab equipment/stationery box to the lab.
7. No exchange/borrowing of anything is permitted.
8. It is mandatory to carry the practical file to the lab.
9. Regular attendance to the lab is compulsory.
10. All students should take care of the apparatus of the lab.
11. Breakage of any apparatus if any must be reported to the teacher- in-charge immediately.
12. All students should follow the instructions given by the teacher and lab assistants.
13. All students should not play with any electrical connection.
14. All students should be well disciplined while issuing and returning the apparatus at the counter.
15. All students should occupy only the allotted places.

NORMS OF SXD CHEMISTRY LABORATORY

11. Each student is required to come prepared with the topics assigned for lab work.
12. All students should be disciplined and follow the instructions given by the teacher-in-charge.
13. All students are not allowed to touch the reagent bottles unless they actually require them.
14. The burner should be switched on only when it is needed.
15. Breakage of any apparatus if any must be reported to the teacher- in-charge immediately.
16. Before leaving lab, students should keep the work-benches neat and clean; gas and water taps closed.
17. Reagent bottles should be kept in the proper place after the use.
18. Wastage of water is prohibited to save it.
19. All students should come to the lab with a practical note copy along with a rough copy.
20. All students should work in their copy and get it corrected by the concerned teacher.
21. Keep the lab neat and clean before, during and after your class.
